The Approach

The science behind the work.

Three traditions, taught together. Most teachers offer one; Giselle's work integrates all three.

What is the psychology of manifestation?

The psychology of manifestation is the study of how internal states — beliefs, emotions, identity, and nervous-system regulation — shape the choices, perceptions, and behaviours that produce outcomes in a person's life. It draws on cognitive psychology (the brain's predictive coding), affective neuroscience (emotion as the prediction of action), and self-concept theory: we act in line with who we believe we are. The "manifestation" is not magic; it is the cumulative behavioural consequence of a coherent inner state.

How does neuroscience explain manifestation?

Manifestation is the interaction between your inner world and the quantum field of consciousness. Psychology explains how thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and the nervous system shape perception and behaviour. Quantum physics suggests reality exists as a field of possibilities, and consciousness influences which become your experience. The brain filters reality through the reticular activating system, selecting what matches what you consistently think, feel, and believe — while your thoughts and emotions generate an energetic signature, your point of attraction. When you cultivate the inner state of your desired reality, you embody it before it appears externally, and the outer world begins to reorganise to mirror what you have established within.

What is Gestalt therapy?

Gestalt therapy is an experiential, present-moment-focused form of psychotherapy founded by Fritz Perls, Laura Perls, and Paul Goodman in the 1940s–50s. It treats the person as a whole — the "gestalt" — and works with awareness, contact, and the cycle of experience to help unfinished situations complete. Rather than analysing the past from a distance, Gestalt therapy brings the past into the present so it can be felt, acknowledged, and integrated. It is the backbone of Giselle's clinical method.

Step by Step

How the work actually changes things.

Two of the most common questions Giselle is asked, with the framework she uses to answer them.

How to break limiting beliefs

Lasting change rarely happens through insight alone — limiting beliefs are held in the body, not just the mind. The work unfolds in three steps.

  1. Identify and locate We name the belief clearly — “I am not enough,” “I do not deserve love,” “If I want too much, I will be punished” — and notice where it lives in the body. Every belief has a somatic signature: chest, throat, stomach, jaw.
  2. Understand its protective role Every limiting belief was created to keep you safe — from rejection, criticism, abandonment, disappointment. Once that protective intent is honored, the pattern stops defending itself.
  3. Transform the emotional pattern Using methods that access highly coherent states of consciousness — including gamma brainwave activity — we work directly with the subconscious. New neural pathways open, and a more empowered version of you can be integrated.

The result is deep, sustainable change. The old belief loses its charge, and a new inner reality begins to feel natural, safe, and true.

How to Heal Emotional Blocks

An emotional block is an experience the nervous system could not fully process — usually because the moment felt overwhelming or unsafe. Healing unfolds in four gentle, precise steps.

  1. Notice without fixing We locate the block in the body and let it be there. The impulse to suppress or eliminate the feeling is often what froze it in the first place.
  2. Titrate gradually We approach the sensation in small, manageable doses — teaching the nervous system that the emotion can be felt safely, without overwhelm.
  3. Transform through higher consciousness Using methods that access highly coherent states of consciousness — including gamma brainwave activity — we connect with the higher self. From that expanded state, the emotional charge can be transformed and integrated.
  4. Integrate through repetition The new state is reinforced until the nervous system adopts it as baseline. Repetition is what turns insight into lasting change.

Rather than analysing the past from a distance, it brings the past into the present so it can be felt and integrated.

How do you break limiting beliefs?

Identify the belief and locate where it sits in the body, trace the original protective function it was trying to serve, then update the emotional charge using a method that engages the nervous system (Gestalt empty-chair, somatic re-experiencing, or guided emotional release). Anchor the new belief through daily emotional practice until the body trusts it.

How do you heal emotional blocks?

Notice the block in the body without trying to fix it, titrate into the sensation gently rather than flooding, complete the response the body originally couldn't make (a movement, sound, or unspoken truth), then integrate the new state through repetition until the nervous system updates its baseline.
